RECRUITMENT MANAGER

Job Description:

• Recruit Bell Summer Camp Tutors, Theatre in Education Actors & English Teachers -advertise, review and interview applicants, paperwork and admin
• Manage social media campaigns
• Project Coordination - TIE, Educational, CLIL, Summer Camps
• Work closely with our Head of English & Theatre and coordination staff on on-going projects and towards future objectives
• Manage and train Bell employees
• Co-create Bell programme resources and materials, activity days, & workshops
• Other duties where necessary, e.g. teaching 4-14 year olds through the Bell style

Requirements:

• Highly organised with keen attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of and a quick learner of computer software programmes, word processing, database, spreadsheet software etc.
• Proactive, fun and enthusiastic
• People person, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with candidates and employees
• Flexible and hard-working
• Experience within the field of TEFL teaching or recruitment desirable
• Driving licence preferred

Additional Information:

• Starting salary: €950 per month after tax
• Mimimum one-year contract
• Driving licence preferred
• Accommodation provided in a shared flat located near our Head Office in Arma di Taggia
