Minimum Requirements 
Who we seek for:

² An English native speaker with a bachelor degree (or higher) ;

² Plus one of the followings:

¡ majored in Education/ ESL Teaching, or;

¡ 2 years+ experience in ESL teaching, or;

¡ has ESL certificate(s), such as TEFL or/and CELTA.

Who we prefer:

² Understand and interested in Chinese culture;

² Passionate about teaching and dedicated to young learners outcomes;

² Energetic and enthusiastic in young learners teaching;

² Fluent in English, proper grammar, sentence structure, word tense, subject-verb agreement, proper use of adjectives and adverbs, neutral accent, clear pronunciation, good intonation and English language rhythm.

Responsibilities:

l Instructing English to young learners aged 3-7;

l Utilizing creative, interactive speaking listening activities that engage students;

l Classroom management;

l Developing lesson plans and contributing to existing curriculum;

l Attending meetings, teacher training sessions and seminars;

l Teacher is responsible for developing lesson plans and adapting to students' English abilities.

Remuneration Package:

Ø Base salary: 15,000 RMB/month (within 100 hours)；

Ø 2,000 RMB/month housing subsidy;

Ø 500 RMB/month benefit (eg. phone bill, transportation fees);

Ø In every 12 th contractual month:

a) 10,000 RMB international flight tickets reimbursement;

b) 2,000 RMB China domestic traveling expenses reimbursement by genuine value-added tax invoice; 
Ø All working documents sponsored (full-time teacher only);

Ø Visa provided（To meet China’s legal visa regulations, you must be a citizen of : the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Ireland, Australia, or New Zealand）;

Ø Health insurance；

Ø Paid annual leave 21 days/year;

Ø Off on all Mondays;

Ø Team building activities provided;

Ø Personal development and professional training
