KAIST seeks instructors for 3-week English Camp in January 2018

The EFL Program in the School of Humanities and Social Sciences at KAIST is looking for camp instructors with excellent teaching and education background. Instructors will be teaching academic English skills to incoming freshmen who have been admitted into KAIST.

Number of openings: 8 to 10 instructors

Requirements: Master¢¥s degree preferred in TESOL, Applied Linguistics, or Linguistics; native fluency.

Job description: 
-assist in developing materials before the camp begins 
-teach from 9:15 AM to 8:55 PM, Monday through Friday (the daily schedule will vary and some days will have longer dinner breaks) 
-attend meetings and special activities when required 
-evaluate students and submit final report 
-attend mandatory orientation before the start of the camp

Period: Jan. 8(Mon) to Jan. 27(Sat), 2018

Payment: 38,000 won per hour; the final payment will be approximately 4.7 million won.

Housing: single/double dormitory with private bathroom available
