Canadian Franchise School is recruiting Special Education Teacher in Phnom Penh, Cambodia

Learning Jungle International School is looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Special Education Teacher for its growing elementary (KG – Gr.6) campus in Phnom Penh. The school follows the Canadian School Curriculum.

Job Description:

- Demonstrate an understanding of and love for young children and enthusiasm for developing a happy, creative atmosphere for the children

- Plan, develop and conduct courses for students with special need

- Lead students in activities to promote their physical, mental and social development and their school readiness

- Prepare, administer and correct tests

- Teach students using lessons, discussions, audio-visual presentations and field trips

- Assign and correct homework

- Evaluate the progress of students and discuss progress results with main stream teachers, students, parents and school Management team. Provide supervision and guidance of daily activities, field trips and special activities

- Keeping accurate and current, the records as required by the School

Requirement:

- Bachelor of Education, major Special Education

- Native English Speaker is preferred

- Able to work with young children

- Must love working with young children

- Willingness to learn and improve teaching skills

- Must be punctual and have a high sense of responsibility

- Must be well organized, honest, patient, have a positive attitude and have a good work ethic
