Teach and Travel around the World!

Travel the world for free as a volunteer teacher on Peace Boat's 98th Global Voyage!

The 98th Voyage departs Yokohama May 8 and returns to Yokohama August 22, 2018. The voyage will circumnavigate the globe, making stops in as many as twenty-five ports in twenty-two countries, including Sri Lanka, Greece, Russia, Iceland, the United States, Colombia, and many more.

We are looking for English and Spanish language teachers (18 months experience by the time of application).

Peace Boat is an international non-profit, non-governmental organization striving to build a culture of peace around the world by connecting people across borders and creating opportunities for learning, activism and cooperation. We achieve this through programs in which people from around the world participate in voyages on board the Peace Boat. Peace Boat works in Special Consultative Status with UNESCO, and uses the ship as a platform to promote the UN's Sustainable Development Goals. Peace Boat is also a steering member of the International Campaign to Abolish Nuclear Weapons (ICAN), winner of the 2017 Nobel Peace Prize.
