To work at ILA Vietnam, teachers need: 
1) A university degree - This must be a bachelor degree or higher 
2) To have a native level of English 
3) A qualification in English Language Teaching (CELTA or Trinity CertTESOL preferred) 
Your certification must be from a recognized provider, have a minimum of 120 hours contact time with tutors and have at least 6 hours observed teaching practice with feedback. Any on-line certificates or distance learning will not be counted towards certification unless they contain a substantial classroom component.

• 5 salary scales based on performance and experience 
• A minimum of 1 year contract with option to renew
