We are a British owned company that has been providing rewarding teaching experiences in Hong Kong for 17 years. To do this, we pride ourselves on running small classes of 2 to 4 students, where positive relationships can be built. Our students range from 3 to 16 years old, due to our small class size, we can group our students according to their proficiency in English rather than their age. 

We provide students with a fully immersive class experience, where language learning is maximised by encouraging students to speak English for the duration of the lessons. Our focus is on building up students confidence and learning in a natural and positive way, ensuring students are able to reach their full potential. We tailor our lessons to meet our students individual needs and skill levels as they progress. We provide teachers with a variety of resources divided into different skill areas, we give our teachers the autonomy to make decisions within a framework, over how their students learn and to pick the best exercises to ensure each student reaches their best. 

Job Description 
Successful candidates will be based in one of our schools across Hong Kong. You will be responsible for: 
- Planning and preparing lessons plans based upon student proficiency 
- Teaching children in a small group environment 
- Completing relevant administration
