QUALIFICATIONS: In order to be considered for the English Language Teaching position, ALL candidates must possess a BA in English, Applied Linguistics, TESOL/TESL or other related fields in English from an accredited university, a TESL/TEFL/CELTA certificate and a minimum of five (5) years teaching EFL/ESL/ESP in a recognized academic institution, including experience at a college/university level. Candidates must also be near native English speakers. Furthermore, candidates who possess all the requirements above, and who also possess a master’s degree in English, Applied Linguistics, TESOL/TESL or other related fields in English, will be considered for an English Language Lecturing role. PhD holders are discouraged from applying as they are considered over-qualified for the positions. 

JOB DETAILS: The successful candidate will deliver English language classes for the department's university students within a student-centric learning environment that fosters respect for students, their culture and traditions. Lecturers and teachers of English will use various learning methodologies and teach 20 contact hours per week.
