Teach English for in China for Only Education in 2018: Looking to Fill Immediate Positions in Shanghai

Only Education was founded in 1984 and is headquartered in Shanghai with branches in Beijing, Tianjin, Chongqing, Jiangsu and Zhejiang. We have partnered with the premiere education company ChungDahm Learning in South Korea, and will be utilizing programs geared towards kindergarten and elementary-aged students.

Currently we are looking to fill teaching positions in Shanghai this Winter. These positions include teaching language, arts, sports, overseas study, online education and publishing.

Job Description: 
• 33 hour work weeks (includes 24 teaching hours and 9 office hours) 
• 5 workday week (includes 3 weekdays and the weekend) 
• Teach English courses to students ranging from 3 to 8 
• Teach both 1 on 1 and to a class 
• Give demos to new students and help with marketing activities 
• Attend weekly meeting, training and do require paper work 
• Organize activities such as various holiday parties with local staff

Benefits: 
• Basic salary: 17,000-19,000 RMB per month 
• Bonus salary: Contact completion bonus (5,000-10,000 RMB), Quarterly evaluation bonus (500-2,000 RMB based on performance), Overtime pay (200 RMB per extra hour of teaching) 
• Flight reimbursement to Shanghai of up to 10,000 RMB

Requirements: 
• Native English speaker 
• 0-3 years of teaching experience 
• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree (majored in education is preferred) 
• TEFL/TESOL certificate preferred

• Being proactive to take extra responsibilities like marketing events for the school and leading academic workshops 
• Ability to mentor new teachers and cooperate with other staff members 
• Be able to digest feedback from staff, parents and students
