- Monday-Friday schedule
- 16-18 teaching hours per week
- Classes are about 45 minutes long each
- Choose from: Pre-K / Kindergarten, Grades 1-5, or Grades 6-9
- Class sizes: About 50 students
- Textbook: The teacher may select courseware

- Native English speaker from Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Ireland, South Africa, the United States, or the U.K
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (notarized, apostilled, and authenticated)
- Criminal background check (police check, notarized, apostilled, and authenticated)
- 2-years verifiable classroom teaching experience -OR- a TESOL, TEFL, or CELTA (notarized)
- Excellent physical and mental health
- Salary from CNY 12,000-16,000/month
- Housing allowance or school provided housing
