Native English-Speaking Teachers Required

We are looking for teachers of English as a Second Language. The Kültür Schools are two well-known Turkish private schools, Kindergarten to grade 12, on the European side of Istanbul. Comfortable accommodations, all residency and visa paperwork and a travel allowance are provided to overseas hires.

Mandatory requirements:

• The teacher must be a native English speaker and must specifically originate from a country where the first language is English.

• In order for us to secure a work visa and residency permit, the teacher must have both

o an undergraduate degree, preferably in English, English literature or linguistics, AND

o a teaching qualification such as TEFL or CELTA. Preference will be given to teachers with a degree-based teaching license, such as a B.Ed or MA in teaching, specifying English or ESL as a teaching area.

• The teacher must have at least 2 years experience in teaching English to children in a school classroom setting.
