English teaching roles in China - No degree and non-tefl-options are available

We are currently looking for ESL teachers to teach in one of the many training centers located in China.

Job info:

1), The age of students: 2-15 years old students (3-10 years old),

2), The working schedule: 36 hours weekly including office hours weekly, Monday and Tuesday Off, 3:30 pm to 8:30 pm every Wednesday and Fridays, 4:30 pm to 8:30 pm, every Thursdays, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm every Saturdays and Sundays

3), Chinese assistant: Yes

4), Class size: 10-14 students per class,

5), Curriculum provided by the school: English teaching through different subjects such as Art, Music, Global Leadership, Reading, World Culture, Virtual P.E., Science, Logical Thinking, Drama,

6), Interactive teaching facilities: Computer, White Board, Smart Pen.

Salaries would vary pending on the location of the training center.

Training centers are located and categorised into the following:

* Corporate centers: In popular cities such as Beijing and Nanjing.

* Franchise centers: Each city where the training centers are situated is separated into tiers. Please contact me for more information.

Benefits for Corporate centers:

Monthly pay for Beijing for example, is 17,000 RMB after tax. (11,000 base pay + 2000 RMB base KPI + 4000 RMB housing allowance.

The followings apply to all corporate centers:

1), 8000 RMB airfare bonus upon the completion bonus of one year contract,

2), 8000 RMB relocation bonus added to your first-month pay.

3), Free airport pickup,

Benefits for Franchise centers:

For tier A cities, monthly pay is at least 10000-12000 RMB per month, after tax.(8000 RMB base pay + 2000 RMB base KPI + 2000 RMB housing allowance or free furnished apartment).

1), 5000-8000 RMB airfare bonus upon the completion bonus of one year contract,

2), Some cities will provide 10000 RMB relocation bonus added to your first three months pay.

Shared benefits for both types of centers:

2), 8 days paid professional training in Beijing city,

3), 13 days free hotel during the training in Beijing city,

Requirements for the work visa applicant:

1), Passport holders from UK, USA, Canada, New Zealand, Australia, and South Africa

2), Bachelor degree is mandatory

3), Can complete one year contract

4) Teaching experience would be given a priority

5) TEFL certificate (120) hours for corporate center positions

6) Must be able to obtain a clear background check

7) A clearing of a medical check is required, not covered
