#DUTIES_INCLUDE:

• Providing ongoing professional teacher development including:
• Workshops
• Teacher mentoring
• Assisting in the planning and implementation of marketing and student retention activities
• Evaluation and reporting of targets
• Teaching English classes (Kindergarten, kids, teenagers, and adults)

#Salary_and_Benefits

- Salary: 1200$ - 1700$ / 100 hrs / month (depend on experience and educational background)

- Workload: 20 - 25 hours/week (80-100 hours per a month)

- Accommodation: free accommodation with the shared house ( double bed, air-con, hot-water, .... ). The house has full of the necessary items of furniture (cooker, sofa, refrigerator, fan, oven...).

#QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous training and mentoring experience
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills
• Flexibility and cultural awareness
• BA or MA (essential for Work Permit requirements)
• CELTA/Trinity TESOL or equivalent
• Native Level English speaker

Applicants with the following will be prioritized:

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Specialist YL certification (Cambridge YL extension or IHCYL)
• DELTA/Trinity Diploma
• Experience working in Asia and/or a developing country
