Full-time native English teacher needed in Jeju city on Jeju Island

Reading Town English Academy on Jeju Island is looking for a motivated, proactive, energetic teacher for our school. We have been in operation for 6 years, and teach students in elementary and middle school. Our classes have on average 5 or 6 students, with the maximum being 10. We prefer our teachers to be independently motivated and allow our teachers to have quite a bit of freedom in the management and execution of their classes.

The Reading Town English education system has had approximately 20 years of practical application, and our academy's curriculum uses Reading Town textbooks, revision materials, online student portal, and testing materials. Our teachers are generally not required to create their own lesson plans, allowing them to focus entirely on the presentation of the material and the management of their classes.

Jeju Island is Korea's largest island and lies to the south of the peninsula, approximately 1 hour flight from Seoul. The island is perfect for those seeking a quieter alternative to the larger cities while still having access to the 24 hour convenience of Korea. The island is surrounded by beaches on the coast and is famous for its hiking trails and mountains, being home to Korea's highest mountain, Mt. Halla.

Position requirements:

-Qualifications: 4 years degree or equivalent, extra consideration given to ESL qualifications 
-Nationality: USA,CA,UK,IRE,AUS,NZ,SA

Position details:

-Teaching hours: Monday to Friday, 2:00PM - 8:10PM 
-Salary: 2.1-2.3 million won/month (depending on experience and qualifications) 
-Housing: The teacher will have a choice of either a 400k won per month housing allowance (this may be preferable to those who have experience living in Korea and wish to find their own accommodation), or a furnished studio apartment within a reasonable distance of the academy. 
-Vacation: 10 days per year, plus national holidays 
-Completion bonus: 1 month's salary per 12 months completed 
-Pension and health insurance: 50% employer contribution (UK nationals can choose not to partake in the pension scheme) 
-Travel: one way ticket from or to employee's nearest international airport
