ESL Superstar Needed in Mexico

We are a small language center opening in Central Mexico. The center will require two amazing teachers to help us get set up and to teach lessons. The students will be from 13 years old - adults and range in abilities. The classes will be CEFR aligned; A1-C2, with other specialized classes for travel/business/hospitality etc (depending on client needs). We will utilize a blended learning methodology, with combined online course content (available for printing and downloading if necessary) and face to face classroom teaching.

The idea is to provide modern and professional classes at an affordable price, we don't want students to have to purchase books instead we will provide the content over an online platform and students can bring their laptops or tablets to class or we can print a copy of the work for them. Teacher responsibilities include; lesson prep, presenting/teaching engaging lessons, tracking student progress, updating grades/reports/attendance/feedback/homework (on our online platform).

Classes run Monday - Friday and will be in line with public school semesters, you will have weekends, Mexican public holidays and school holidays free. Each class has a one hour lesson at the same time each day. Teachers will teach for 5 hours each day and only need to be at the school for lessons or if they have a meeting (maybe 1-2 hours per week), lesson planning can be done either at the school or elsewhere if you prefer (everything is electronic and we love trees so avoid printing if possible).

Accommodation can be provided and payment is $8000MXN per month.

Teachers should have some classroom experience, a teaching certificate, and a degree.
