Youngsan University invites applications for full-time, non-tenure-track professor position in two fields.

A. Cruise Service Division 
- Requirements: 
¤ A Master's degree or above 
¤ Three or more years experience in international cruise lines such as Carnival, Royal Caribbean, etc. 
¤ English-based lecture and research skills required

B. Hotel Rooms Division 
- Requirements: 
¤ Doctoral degree in a related industry 
¤ Over 5 years experience in US or Europe based hotels 
¤ English-based lecture and research skills required

5. Qualification requirements 
- Eligibility for university faculty members as specified in the Private School Law of Republic of Korea and the Regulations of YSU 
- PhD or MA in the relevant field (by the date of application) 
- Korean or Native English Speaker 
- Academic and professional background that would allow the individual to develop teaching expertise in the relevant field 
- Effective teaching at all levels 
- Strong commitment to high-quality research 
- Applicants must meet additional qualifications specific to each position.

- Excellent undergraduate and graduate teaching 
- All assigned classes to be taught in English 
- Research focused on high quality journals 
- Participation in department, school, and university activities

7. Benefits 
- Salary annually from a range of 38,400,000KRW to 42,000,000KRW. 
Salary depends on applicant¡¯s teaching experience and qualifications. Housing allowance will be given or accommodation will be provided by the university. 
- Required to teach 10 hours of classes (including evening classes) per week 
- Paid vacation 
- 50/50 contributions for medical insurance and teachers' pension contribution 
- All contracts are for a minimum one-year term 
- Round trip airline ticket (economy class) between native country and Busan for first entrance into Korea after signing contract and departure from Korea after termination
