BSC Kyrgyzstan is looking for 3 teachers: 2 x General English to adults and 1 x General English to adults and exam classes (IELTS & TOEFL iBT)

The role requires teachers to deliver EFL programmes and related activities to ensure the most effective and enjoyable learning experience for all students. They will be working in a team of EFL teachers, alongside the Director of Studies and the School Director, and members of the Student Services team to fulfill the duties of the role.

KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

Required 
•To deliver lessons to CELTA-level/CertTESOL-level standards. 
•To work independently and without close supervision whilst always remembering the importance of reporting back to management and others and maintaining open lines of communication. 
•To work as part of a team along with other staff. 
•To be flexible and adaptable in dealing with the requirements of the position. 
•To be friendly, open and have a caring personality relating well to all types of students together with the ability to manage the classroom effectively. 
•To adhere to the group and local safeguarding policy and procedures. 
•To participate in the students’ social programme and any extra-curricular activities. 
•To be dedicated to continuing professional development.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

Required: 
You must have TEFL-I. For example, Cambridge CELTA or Trinity CertTESOL. Those without evidence of either of these qualifications will not be shortlisted for interview.

Desirable: 
•Professional qualification/Level 6 qualification e.g. BA/BSc. 
•Experience in EFL teaching with an understanding of current developments. 
•Evidence of continuing professional development. 
•Knowledge of Russian.
