Requirements:
• University degree
• Certification preferred(ESL, TESOL, TOIEC, CELTA) and experience teaching English (at least 2 years)
• Native English speaker
• Intermediate Spanish speaking skills
• Willing to commit for at least 2 years
Qualities necessary for the position:
• Personable/sociable
• Excellent communication skills--able to give feedback and objective criticism as well as able to promote a strong sense of community
• Proactive
• Flexible/adaptable
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Able to prioritize and execute tasks quickly
• Able to work as a team and manage a team
• Able to plan special events (if no experience, willing to learn)
• Able to work under pressure in a variety of situations
• Able to take and immediately implement feedback
• Willing and available to teach in emergency situations
