ILA Vietnam is seeking dynamic teachers to fill multiple ESL teaching positions in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City and Province cities, with starting date of November and December. Job Purpose: 
ILA’s strength comes from the quality of its teachers. ILA teachers are fully qualified and experienced native English speaking teaching professionals. They are aware of the needs of their students and are dedicated to helping each one achieve his/her learning goals.

Teachers prepare lesson plans and deliver lessons to students that meet ILA Quality Standards. They ensure students are working towards a set goal (such as proficiency, knowledge, examination result and/or international standard) and demonstrate the skills necessary to apply their knowledge to the real world. Teachers keep track of students progress by completing all administrative tasks that can be used to further counsel the students in reaching their desired goal.

Qualifications & Requirements 
A university degree - this must be a bachelor’s degree (minimum 3 year course) or higher (essential for work permit requirements) 
To be a native English speaker or demonstrate native level mastery of English. 
A Qualification in English Language Teaching (CELTA, Trinity TESOL or equivalent): 
The certification must be from a course that:

- is a minimum of a 120 hours (with at least 40 hours completed in class)

- has an observed teaching component of over 4 hours with real students

- has course tutor feedback

- is from a recognized provider that is externally assessed by an

accredited organization

-a clean criminal background check 
Excellent communication, interpersonal, time management, and organisational skills 
Willing to teach all levels from ages 3-17 yrs old
