Job Description:

• Location: Haidian district, Beijing city, China.
• Contract Term: two academic years, starts as soon as work visa issued.
• Work Days: Mondays to Fridays. Two days off on weekends.
• Work Hours: 40 hours per week.

Job Responsibilities Summary:

• International Educators Recruitment Manager is a key member of international educators recruitment team of the education group and reports directly to the General Manager.
• The applicant must understand fully and support enthusiastically and articulately the stated mission and purpose of the internationalization strategy and the need of international educators.
• The international educators recruitment manager will collaborate with supervisor of international educators manager to operate and manage the programs of international educators recruitment.

Remuneration and Benefits:

• Annual Salary: RMB250,000—RMB360,000 including monthly salary and annual performance bonus.
• Accommodation: the school supports with certain amount of housing allowance monthly for renting a well-facilitated two bedroom apartment within five kilograms distance away from the school or school may provide well-facilitated apartments for utilizing.
• Meals: meal allowance provided.
• Holidays: full paid 11 days Chinese public holidays per year.
• Airfare Allowance: up to RMB10,000 reimbursement of round-trip flights upon the contract fulfillment.
• Insurance: medical insurance, life insurance and accident insurance provided.
• Visa Fee: in total RMB2,000 reimbursement.
• Annual Physical Examination: provided.
• Work Visa: offer working permit to apply for a work visa.
• Staff children tuition - discount enrollment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or higher.
• Native English level speakers.
• At least two years international educators recruitment and management experience.
• Communication Skill: open-minded and easy to communicate, have international cultural working environment working experience preferred.
• Reasoning Ability: highly proficient in academic managing areas of: reasoning, problem solving, organizational dynamics and emotional intelligence.
