Kindergarten Principal

High payment management position in Beijing and Qingdao. 

Kindergarten Principal Job Description:

• Location: Qingdao city or Beijing of China.
• Contract Term: one academic year, starts as soon as work visa issued.
• Job Position: Principal.
• Students Age: 3-6 years old.
• Work Days: work five days per week, two days off per week.
• Work Hours: 40 working hours per week.

Remuneration and Benefits:

• Salary: RMB30,000-RMB35,000 monthly.
• Accommodation: free of charge independent apartment.
• Vacation: full paid holidays.
• Holidays: full paid 11 days Chinese public holidays.
• Insurance: health insurance and accident insurance.
• Airfare Allowance: maximum of RMB10,000 airfare reimbursement upon the contract fulfillment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above. Major in Early Childhood Education, Education, Linguistics or relative majors preferred.
• Two years kindergarten management experience.
• Excellent professional knowledge, strong ability in teaching and research, a leading education and teaching concept in the early childhood education industry; strong ability to sort out the daily operational management responsibility process of the kindergarten.
• Have a certain sense of marketing management and group management awareness.
