Hold a passport from a country where English is the first language.

Hold a CELTA TESOL or TEFL equivalent certificate

Job Overview

We are a growing British company abroad that specializes in utilizing the talents of native speaker English teachers and providing effective learning for Vietnamese students. We have an excellent local reputation and pride ourselves in offering trouble-free and rewarding TEFL experiences.

We need two teachers to start by the end of April 2019 or sooner. 
Four more teachers who want to arrange early and start in September 2019.

We currently have 9 foreign teachers from the UK, Canada, the USA and S. Africa and Other English first language countries. Non native speakers can't be considered.

We also have 12 Vietnamese English teachers. We have 2 English centres and many contracts with very local schools.

The job entails:

30 teaching hours per week teaching kids from 3-16 years old- depending on your aptitude and preference. Contract length 9 months- extendable by mutual agreement. 
1 or 2 days off a week depending on our schedules- definitely 1. Usually Sunday off with 2 hours only on Saturday. 
At our centres, the class size average is 14 – higher at schools.

Benefits and salary

$1200 a month guaranteed even if you only do 20 hours.

Free accommodation is supplied in the form of a large 3 storey teacher house or sharing a smaller house with other teachers. A scooter is also provided. 
All legal paperwork such as visas work permits is all done for you and reimbursed. 
Local airport pick-up. 
Visas and work permit arranged for you and reimbursed 
Short bank holidays paid.

About Ha Tinh

Ha Tinh is a delightful, small but growing city in the mid-Vietnam region. It is near to beaches and has no crime, traffic problems, social problems or pollution. The people love foreigners. Overall it is a very pleasant place to live and work. It is a small but modern city. Salaries are higher in HCM- but so are living costs- there is loads of travelling usually through jams too. Here all work places are only up to 3km away from your accommodation. You can live very well and still save $800 a month clear.
