Primary Teacher and English Program Manager

We are looking for an experienced Primary 2/3 teacher to join our team for the new academic year in April or May. This teacher will also be responsible for the management of other teachers in our English Program. Thus, applicants must have some prior experience in leading teams with with a track record of success.

We are a small school with excellent facilities, resources and small class sizes and we are looking for equally impressive job applicants.

Applicants must have prior work experience with primary classes. A Bachelors degree is essential with preference given to Education majors. A TEFL, or related certificate, is also preferred but not essential. All applicants must have prior experience in literacy teaching (speaking, reading and writing) and be able to teach Maths and Science to students.

We offer a salary of 50,000 baht commensurate with experience and qualifications. A work permit and immigration visa are provided for the duration of the contract and these fees are paid for by the school. Accommodation can be provided in rooms by the school (valued at 3,000 baht) which include private bathrooms, furnishings, air conditioners and free electricity.

Our school has a lush garden environment, air-conditioned classrooms, library, new computer lab, broadband internet, swimming pool, gymnasium and teachers lounge as well as plenty of teaching resources for staff.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 8am-4.30pm only. Sick pay, public holidays and end of semester holidays are included in the contract. Contracts will begin in either April or May and run for two years until April. 2016. We prefer applicants who can commit to two year contracts to maintain the consistency of our teaching programme.
