HR Manager Position Available for Native English Speaking Male

- Working experience: Good communication skills, high working ability 
Salary: 15,000RMB (13,000 basic salary +2000 for phone and transportation)

- No working experience: Good communication skills, high working ability 
Salary: 13,000RMB (11,000 basic salary +2000 for phone and transportation)

Requirements for above positions:

• A Bachelor’s Degree with a graduation date at least 24 months ago
• Passport validity for at least 18 more months
• Ability to live abroad for at least one year
• Positive attitude foreign nationals
• Good communication skills

Working hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am -5:00pm

Working responsibilities:

• Responsible for recruiting new employees for the company (Recruitment and staffing)
• Employment and compliance to regulatory concerns regarding employees.
• Conduct interviews with new applicants
• Guide new applicants through the recruitment process
• Policy and development documentation
• Weekly reports to the head of the company
• Be available for teachers to contact you if they need assistance or have any problems that will affect their job.
• Help keep the teachers happy and assist with any issues that might arise on their side. Willingness to work on teacher’s teaching skills
