Come experience life in the Peruvian Andes!

Our language institute has been providing EFL and TEFL certification for nearly 15 years. Due to incredible growth this year, we need 5 more TEFL or CELTA certified teachers immediately. If you don't have a TEFL certificate (with observed student teaching practice) we are also a certified TEFL course provider and we do hire 80% of our graduates.

Peru is a beautiful country full of amazing sites and people. Here at ELC our teachers teach an average of 108 hours per month. We provide you with a strong support staff for administrative and academic concerns. Our curriculum is straight forward and our methodology is clear and engaging. We want our students to enjoy classes and communicate with each other and you daily. Our class size average is 12.5 students, so communication with each student is easy.

While this is an amazing part of the world, Peru is also a developing country. Thus, our students can't afford to pay a lot for classes. Because of this, we can't provide airfare or housing. Still, we do provide various affordable housing options and our teachers have no problem living on their wages. You will earn between $4.75 and $6.00 per hour (USD), but keep in mind that minimum wage here is about $1.25, so living on that income is not difficult. We also provide airport pickup, full orientation training and on-going help from our two academic coordinators and general manager.
