English Teacher

Elis English Center in Vietnam is looking for 4 energetic English teachers to teach grade 1 -9 here in Vietnam.

1. Employment period: at least 1-2 years.
2. At the end of a 1-year contract period, if the contract is renewed, the salary increase will be between 500 000 VND to 2 000 000 VND / 1 time.
3. Starting salary: 16 000 000VND up to 30 000 000VND (depending on qualification and experience).
4. Probationary period: 1 month (a one time deduction will be made from the first months salary to cover legal expenses for the following : Annual medical, police clearance (from Vietnam), Authentication of documents.
5. Salary of probation month = proportional to agreed salary minus the cost of legal document fees as mentioned above. (Estimated at 5 000 000VND)
6. Transportation to and from schools will be provided in full for the first month (probation month), after which options will be given to employee to decide weather to manage their own transportation or the employee may request the company to provide transportation which will be partially deducted from salary. 
7. The company will pay for the following:
• Insurance: The company buys human accident insurance for Employee.
• The company will cover the fee for the foreigners arrival letter.
• The company will cover the fee for translating documents into Vietnamese and notarizing documents at the local Justice Department, where the foreigner will come to work.
• The company will cover the fee for making the work permit.
• The company will cover the fee for the resident card or working visa.
8. Employees with a degree in Education (English major) are not required to have a TESOL or CELTA. Employees with a degree in any other major need to have supporting certificates in either TESOL or CELTA.
