Great positions at a private school in Jilin Province, China

We are seeking qualified English teachers for a private language school located in Northern China. The school children's ages range from 4-15, and a curriculum is provided.

The school uses a fun and engaging curriculum based on Total Physical Response. All classes are 55 minutes, but you are paid for the entire hour and only required to teach 18 hours per week for 38 weeks per year. Join a large foreign teaching staff from countries all over the world. You'll teach students between the ages of 4 and 14.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Native English speaker from Australia, Canada, England, Ireland, New Zealand, Scotland, South Africa, and the United States
• Bachelor's Degree or College Diploma
• Recognized TEFL certificate (120 hours)
• Easy-going, reliable, responsible and willing to learn
• Be willing to work weekday evenings and weekends
• Commit to a 1 year contract

REMUNERATION PACKAGE

• 12,000RMB to 20,000RMB per month (teachers can easily live on 3,000 per month) depending on education, certifications and experience - School agrees to pay teacher an initial base salary of 8,000 RMB per month during probation. Probation lasts from 30 – 90 days depending upon teacher’s progress. After probation, teacher’s base wages will be 12,000 RMB or higher.
• Free housing! Private western apartment with hardwood floors and unrestricted 24 hour access. Unshared, western style furnished apartment with hardwood/tile floors with unrestricted 24-hour access.
• Teacher will be paid a 3,000 RMB relocation bonus upon signing contract with school.
• 42 days PAID holidays
• Two consecutive days off each week.
• Teacher teaches 11 classes or 22 hours each week. Teachers may earn more money by teaching extra hours on a voluntary basis by the school. These extra classes combined with normal teaching can pay up to $20,000, or more, per month.
• Free Medical Insurance
• 8,000 RMB Airfare Allowance (AKA Contract completion bonus of 8,000 RMB at the end of the contract.
• Z visa sponsorship, physical exam and FRP paid for by the school 
• An English speaking teaching assistant
• Two consecutive days off each week. Classes are taught during weekends and evenings
• Western Management who want their teachers to have a great experience in China
• A minimum of 42 and a maximum of 70 days’ vacation during the contract depending upon teacher's schedule choices and class availability.
