Head Teacher Needed to Start Immediately in Istanbul, Turkey

CAMBRIDGE ACADEMY (Istanbul/Turkey) is currently looking for an Academic Director. As we currently expanding and opening 2 new branches. We are seeking an active-self-motivated head of teaching to be responsible for our academic department.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the overall academic progress of all the branches. 
Recruit new teachers, arrange interviews, and select suitable teachers to the right course. He has to follow up with the progress of teachers. 
Responsible for the English Language Department staff meetings, professional development, workshops, curriculum/program. 
Responsible for all the classes running in the institute (Weekdays; Morning, Afternoon, Evening, Weekends), The Head Teacher has to assign teacher for each class and follow up their performance and make sure the students are getting proper and quality education. 
Motivating and observing the teaching staff. 
Ensuring the good financial management of the school. 
Ensuring the school is up-to-date with innovations, from teaching practices to new technologies. 
At the beginning of the new course, the Head Teacher has to distribute teachers to the right course to make the teaching goes smoothly without extra complaints. 
The Head Teacher has to do a speaking assessment to identify the entry level of the new students. 
Develop, update and improve the syllabus of different academic programs through the discussion with teachers. It is his responsibility to implement the syllabus at the Academy rigorously after the certain syllabus has been agreed on. 
Ensuring a good and clear connection between the teaching staff and the admin staff. 
Ensuring an infrastructure is in place in which all members of staff and students feel they can register their opinions on serious matters, and have a route via which they can communicate problems to senior members of staff.

Requirements: 
Bachelor's or Master’s degree. 
Celta/Delta Certificate 
Age: 35 to 45 years old. 
Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience. 
Letter of recommendation. 
Citizen of the USA, UK, Canada, South Africa, Australia, Ireland, New Zealand. 
Love working with different nationalities. 
Drive, energy, initiative and enthusiasm.

Salary: 12,000 Turkish Liras
