OHC Program Manager Needed in Melbourne, Australia

OHC, a member of the Holmes Education Group, is renowned for high quality English language training. With existing locations in Australia, UK, USA and Canada, OHC is now offering a great opportunity at their Melbourne campus located in the heart of the city. OHC provides a range of English language programs including general English to adults, IELTS exam preparation classes, academic English programs, high school preparation, adult and junior groups

The successful candidate would be responsible for dealing with the day to day running of OHC Melbourne. This is a wide ranging role including recruitment and support of the English language teachers and administrative staff, ensuring the high standards of the group are met in terms of academic delivery, compliance with appropriate bodies and student satisfaction. This position does include a teaching role. This role is well placed for future growth and development of the appropriate candidate and may suit applicants currently in teaching roles looking to take the next step in their career, or existing management staff seeking to progress within a diverse, international organisation.

1. Delta or Post Graduate level qualifications relevant to the job description 
2. TEFL certificate, CELTA or equivalent 
3. Varied and current experience in the English language training industry 
4. Native speaker English fluency equivalent to IELTS 8.0 across all bands. Non-native speaker applicants must provide evidence to meet this requirement 
5. Permission to work in Australia
