Teach children ESL in St.-Petersburg

Centre of Development of Future situated in Saint-Petersburg, the cultural capital of Russia, welcomes in its team experienced, young, hard-working and optimistic Native teachers of the English language devoted to their profession.

The main aim of the Centre is to create happy and cozy atmosphere for stay and development of preschool children. The main principle is individual approach and respect to the personality of children. Our children learn English through everyday lessons, plays and entertainment, the same natural way as they learn their native language.

Requirements to a teacher:

- Country of origin: USA, Great Britain, Australia, Canada.

- Personal qualities: child-loving , focused on results, able to adapt himself/herself to new

conditions, cheerful, creative, self-dependent, reliable, punctual, sociable, without bad

habits.

- Education: higher/ college

- Specialization: psychology/pedagogy/humanities;

- Certificates: TEFL, TESL, ESL

- Experience of teaching English: 1-2 years

Responsibilities:

- carrying out developmental lessons and care for children of 2 - 7 years old;

- organization of language environment and holidays for children;

- lessons planning:

- interaction with Russian-speaking teachers.

Work conditions, bonuses:

Days off – Saturday, Sunday

Meals: 5 times/day

Accomodation support

Airplane tickets (Compensation in the sum of 500 USD on the arrival to Saint-Petersburg).

Vacation: 28 calendar days per year

Medical insurance, visa invitation and official contract.

Trial period: 3 months

Minimal terms of the contract – one year

Salary:

For the trial period: 170 rubles/hour

After the end of the trial period: 250 rubles/hour (around 8 USD), 40000 rubles/month (around 1250 USD/month) - quite a good salary for St.-Petersburg which is a cheaper city than Moscow.

Possibility to earn extra money: individual lessons – 1200 rubles/hour.
