[January / February] FT/PT 1:1 Adult Conversational / Biz English Teaching Positions (Gangnam / Jongro)

Language Cube

Language Cube is a prestigious private academy for adult students that focuses on specific needs of each individual learner. Korean and foreign teachers work as teams. Our branches are in Apgujeong, Jongro, Yeoksam, and Guro in Seoul. We are looking for professional, responsible, experienced English native teachers for the positions below. The teachers will teach adult students one on one in Gangnam, Seoul.

1. Requirement
-MUST be English native speakers (Current E2 / F2 / F5 / F6 ONLY)
-MUST have a Bachelor's degree from a 4-year university in native English speaking countries (Business related majors preferred)
-MUST have at least more than 3 years of adult conversational / business English teaching experience in Korea

2. Positions and Conditions

A. Language Cube Yeoksam Full-Time Position
-# of Position: ONE (Current E2 / F2 / F5 / F6 ONLY)
-Starting date: January - February 2019 (A 3-day training is required before starting)
-Contract period: 1 year
-Location: Language Cube Yeoksam Branch in Gangnam, Seoul (Nearby Yeoksam Stn. Line no 2)
-Students and Class Types: Adults (various levels), One to One English conversational classes, business English, topics, job interview, etc
-Hours:
A-1. Full-Time Split Shift
Monday - Friday 7 am - 11 am AND 6 pm - 10 pm (8 hrs) + two Saturdays a month 10 am - 6 pm (mandatory, paid)
A-2. Full-Time Evening Block Shift
Monday - Friday 1 pm - 10 pm (8 hrs) + two Saturdays a month 10 am - 6 pm (mandatory, paid)
*A-2 Evening Block Shift is available only for a qualified teacher who has at least five years of adult teaching experience in Korea with great reference.
-Pay: 2.5 mil won - 3.5 mil won
-# of foreign teachers: 9-10
-Housing: fully furnished single housing or housing allowance provided
-Benefit: 50% of national pension, medical insurance, and severance pay

B. Language Cube Jongro Evening Part-Time
-# of Position: ONE (Current F2 / F5 / F6 ONLY)
-Starting date: January-February 2019 (A 3-day training is required before starting)
-Contract period: 6 months or 1 year
-Location: Language Cube Jongro Branch in Jongro, Seoul (Nearby Jonggak Stn. Line no 1 or Gwanghwamun Stn. Line no 5)
-Students and Class Types: Adults (various levels), One to One English conversational classes, business English, topics, job interview, etc
-Hours: Evenin Part-Time
Monday - Friday 6 pm - 10 pm (4 hrs) + one Saturday a month 10 am - 6 pm (mandatory, paid)
-Pay: 1.4 mil won - 1.6 mil won (fixed) + 150,000 won for Saturday
-# of foreign teachers: 9-10
