Language School ESL Job Description:

Location: Beijing, China.

Contract Term: one academic year, starts as soon as possible. 2019.

Job Position: English Teacher.

Students Age: 3-12 years old.

Class size: 10-12 students per group class.

Courses: English reading, writing, listening and speaking.

Work Days: 2 days off per week.

Work Hours: Wednesday – Friday 2pm-9pm, Saturday, Sunday 8:30am – 18:30pm

Remuneration and Benefits:

Salary: RMB14,000-17,000 after tax inclusive of housing allowance.

Vacation: Fully paid 11 days Chinese public holiday.

Bonus: RMB5000 bonus per year at the end of contract.

Pay raise based on performance evaluations every three months.

Promotion opportunities available after three months.

Insurance: accident insurance/ social insurance.

Work Visa: offer working permit.

Airport pickup and settle down assistance.

Requirement

European teacher preferred, with an excellent command of English, 24 years old or above.

Bachelor degree or above.

At least 2 years teaching experiences.

TEFL certificate.
