I. Qualifications:
a) Native English Speaker from: US, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland or South Africa

e) Can apply Chinese Z visa in English teaching position.

II. Job Description
a) Student age: 18+
b) Class size: 1 on 1, 1 on 4, 1 on 10-12 students
c) Working hours: 9/10am-5/6pm OR 1/2pm-9/10pm
d) 2 days off per week. 25 teaching hours + 10 office hours
e) Class teaching , preparation and relative work
f) Accomplish assignments allocated by teaching manager
g) Attending trainings, meetings and company activities
h) Continuously learning up-to-date class and self-created class and improving

III. Compensation
a) Basic Salary: 12,000~18,000 RMB/month, depending on qualifications
b) Housing allowance: 1500-3000rmb/month depending on qualification and city
c) Flight Ticket Reimbursement for 1st year: Up to 8,000 RMB
d) Medical and Accident Insurance provided
e) Contract renewal bonus of 3000-6000rmb
