Head Teachers & Teachers

AUA is looking for teachers for its English for Schools Program. Teachers will be based at the host school listed below. The English for Schools Program is a new ESL program managed by AUA with teachers supervised by our team. The program is offered at partner schools.

The successful applicants will be offered a 12-month 40-hour a week contract and be paid a monthly salary. Teachers will be assigned up to 20 regular contact hours per week. The rest of the time will be for preparation of classes and tests, administration, emergency subs and other school related work. Teachers will be given training each year. There will be a very occasional need to attend a seminar or other event on a weekend.

A Head Teachers will be assigned less contact hours and work with our Academic Manager to support and supervise other on-site teachers.

Satit Pattana School is located out of central Bangkok. A shuttle bus service is available.

Candidates for all positions must:
• Be native speakers of English
• Be culturally aware
• Have a first degree and Tefl Certificate, or other teaching qualification.
• Have two year experience teaching children

The contract is one-year, which is renewable with agreement of all parties.
