Fifth Wings is now recruiting for 2 English Language Teachers or Assistant Language Teachers (ALT), preferably with previous experience as an English Teacher to work in GUNMA or the TOCHIGI area for the school year of April 2021 - March 2022.

Applicants should be in Japan already or able to come to Japan by the 3rd week of March.

POSITION # 1: (OTA - GUNMA PREFECTURE)

6 DAYS / WEEK - Thursdays & Sundays Off

CONTRACT PERIOD: 1 year contract, start April 2021 and ends March 2022.

PAYMENT:  ¥230,000 - 250,000 – per month (depending on experience) before taxes.

Salary to be paid on the 15th of each month.

RESIDENCE:  Company will assist in finding the teacher a suitable apartment. 
 

WORKING HOURS: Schedule and hours vary throughout the week. Teachers are required to work 6 days a week with plenty of breaks and relaxing time. Classes range between 45 minutes – 50 minutes (including 10 minutes break).

TYPE OF WORK: Teach English to kindergarten kids, elementary school kids and some adult classes. Experience with children is essential. Ability to relate to and have fun with children. Participate in and assist with extra-curricular activities. Assist with other duties specified by the supervisor or the school principal at your workplace.

POSITION # 2:  (SANO - TOCHIGI PREFECTURE) 5 DAYS / WEEK

PAYMENT:  ¥250,000 – per month before taxes.

RESIDENCE:  Company will assist in finding the teacher a suitable apartment. 

WORKING HOURS: Monday - Friday (8AM - 5PM) 5 Day work week. (Some Saturdays involved depending on the school plans)

TYPE OF WORK: Teach English and some science at a private Junior & Senior High School.

REQUIRED: Teachers with a BA in an English Major highly preferred.  Science knowledge would be very useful.  Excellent knowleddge and proficency of office software. 

English Teaching experience to Junior High & Senior High School students is a must.  The applicant has to have a solid understanding of the English grammar.  

TESOL/TEFL/CELTA or any teaching certification, and basic Japanese ability preferred but not necessary. Applicants must be of sound mental and physical health. Applicants must not have a criminal record.

VISA: Company will provide full sponsorship to applicant.

(**Teachers already in Japan will be given highest priority**)

HOLIDAYS: All Japanese Calendar holidays are paid.
