Our company was founded in 2009 and since that time we have been one of the most recognizable institutions offering language services in Poland. We have our clear DNA – we teach only American English. We are located in the heart of Warsaw, the capital city of Poland, and for more than 11 years we have been trusted by over 10.000 clients! OUR TEACHERS
In our mission-driven company we form a team of more than 50 passionate, respectful, patient, and kind personalities with a sense of humor who are able to engage students in learning. We have always been setting new trends in teaching English and our main goal has always been to exceed the expectations of our clients. Based on our extensive experience in the field, we have created an original teaching method – AMERTALK™, which consists of twelve unique and effective modules implemented into our teaching curriculum.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
The Academy is now looking for English teachers with North American accent who would like to join our team and create a supportive learning environment for our clients. We offer a diversity of teaching opportunities in a small group setting (2-6 students) ranging from English for Life, English for Business to Conversation classes. We will provide you with comprehensive, level-specific syllabus with lesson aims and supporting material, the Director of Studies will assist you with the planning and preparation of lessons, and you will have access to a wide range of teaching resources.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Teaching American English at different levels (A1-C2) and with different age groups (kids, teenagers, adults).
- Following the Academy’s lesson standards.
- Developing students’ receptive and productive language skills, i.e. reading, listening, writing, and speaking.
- Providing a safe and secure teaching environment for students.
- Motivating students to improve their learning abilities.
- Participating in peer observations or other professional development initiatives.
- Taking part in regular sessions and consultations with the Director of Studies.
- Completing registers and attendance of students.
- Developing and expanding teaching resources.
QUALIFICATIONS
A BA diploma, MA in English, TESOL / TEFL / CELTA (or equivalent) preferred
Familiarity with the CEFR levels
North American English accent
Knowledge of the American culture
Highly positive personality
SALARY AND BENEFITS
Salary: PLN 7.000 – 12.000 (70-100% availability)
