Title: BCM Uphone - Online English Teacher

Description:
Position: Online English Teacher – Speaking (Home-based)
Department: Operations Team – Speaking (Home-based)
Reports to: Team Leader

Roles and Responsibilities:
Provide the best English learning experience to our Korean and Japanese students.
Observe critical quality assurance guidelines to closely monitor and evaluate student’s progress from start to end.
Conduct 10 to 30 minutes of 1:1 audio and/or video classes.
Provide verbal and written instructional feedback to students .
Perform other tasks assigned by the team leader that are relevant to teaching skills improvement and mastery of the English language.
Comply with the existing company rules and policies.

Work hours and days
From 5AM-11AM Monday through Friday EDT
From 4AM-10AM Monday through Friday EST
There will be 10 min break after 40 min classes (classes are 10/20/30 mins)

Applicant must be an American Citizen.

Hourly Rate : $12-15
