Windsor School is based in the centre of Putignano, a town of 30,000 inhabitants near Bari, in Apulia, one of the most beautiful areas in the South East of Italy. Putignano is 30 kms far from the beach and the beautiful coast of Apulia. The school was established in 2013 and it's deeply rooted in the town. We are proud to have many returners also coming from the neighbouring towns.

The bulk of our courses take place in our own modern and well-equipped school which has 3 classes of a maximum of 7/8 students. Classes are on-site and a few online. There is the possibility of occasional off-site lessons. However, the vast majority of the classes are delivered on-site.
Each teacher is given a good range of levels and ages (kids, teenagers and adults). We prepare students for Cambridge University exams (Young Learners, KEY, Preliminary, First, Advanced and Proficiency). Most of the students attend twice a week courses for one hour and a half lessons. We have also individual lessons.

There is a nice working atmosphere at Windsor School; it is modern and has all the latest resources a teacher needs to teach efficiently. Teachers get a big teaching support and they can easily improve their teaching skills.

Windsor School of English is looking for a new teacher starting as soon as possible. Apart from the paper qualifications (Degree and recognised CELTA or equivalent qualification), we are looking for a teacher with the right character and personality with the passion of teaching. A lively, creative, friendly and fun person. A professional, hard working, reliable, punctual teacher. At least one year experience is preferable.

We need 1 British teacher who has already prepared students to take CAE Cambridge Exam. We need a teacher for a fixed term of 3 months, with the possibility of extending the contract to the next Academic Year.

Desirable:
Previous Experience as a teacher
Experience preparing Cambridge Exams
Further Teaching Qualifications e.g. DELTA, PGCE

The contract is up to 25 teaching hours per week. The rate of pay is 1,100 euros after taxes per calendar month; more than teaching 25 hours per week is paid overtime, if you work less than the contracted hours you still receive your full salary. Easter and Bank Holidays all paid. You will have free italian lessons and pick up from the airport when you arrive. Working hours Monday to Friday. Legal contract with Italian contributions paid.
The accommodation to share with two teachers (each teacher has his own room) is in the center and it is very comfortable, seven minutes walk from the school. The cost of the rent is 200 euros (condominium taxes, wi-fi and cleaner included; bills not included).
