Responsibilities :

Formulate and conduct the induction program for a new employees
Take care of End-To-End training and development of interns
Design and develop Training strategies.
Prepare training materials such as module summaries, videos and presentations.
Plan and implement an effective training curriculum.
Plan and execute Training for employees of the organization.
Documenting training progress and reporting to the management.

Experience: 6 month - 3 year in similar field.
