Online ESL Teachers For Kids / Beginners (Flexitime + Earn up to $16-$22/hr)

We are looking for dedicated professional English language teachers to provide online instructions in English as a second language to young learners (Age 4-12). The right candidate should possess an active and outgoing personality as well as a professional teaching manner.

• Teach the English language to Chinese students online and evaluate their performance based on set guidelines
• Prepare and study the teaching materials before the lesson starts
• Conduct one-on-one video lessons with students within the prescribed time
• Provide corrective feedback and ensure that the students understand each lesson
• Create a lesson memo with the necessary feedback about the topics discussed

Job Requirements:

• Must be at least 22 years old
• Graduate of a 4-year college/university course, specifically in Education, Communication Arts, English, Philosophy or Psychology
• ESL teaching experience (KIDS/adults) and Mandarin proficiency is an advantage
• LET passers and applicants with TESOL/TEFL/CELTA/TKT/CETYL certificate or equivalent will be prioritized
• Must have the required technical and home office requirements
• Available to teach a minimum of 65 lessons per cutoff (30 minutes per lesson) during these peak hours:
  • 7pm-11pm (Mon-Fri)
  • 9am-11pm (Sat-Sun)
• Good command of the English language
• Proficient with the use of computers
• Has excellent social skills and strong work ethics, professional, passionate in teaching, patient, focused, knowledgeable & can work with minimal supervision
• Must not be working for another online English school
• Open to all qualified candidates from Philippines and North America
