English Teacher Needed For January 2023 Start (students Aged 13 To Adults)

MoonEnglish, an established academy in a residential area of Cáceres, is looking to fill a position starting January 2023.
The full-time position (22 contact hours) involves teaching teenagers and adults in groups of 6 to 10 students. All groups focus on Cambridge exam preparation (levels B1 and B2) and the ideal candidate would have experience with these exams.
New teachers attend an orientation/onboarding session before they begin teaching as well as professional development sessions throughout the year.
Teachers have access to a wide variety of resources (text and reference books, multimedia material, flashcards, games, exam preparation guides and practice material) as well as laptops, televisions and whiteboards in every classroom. All groups have a textbook that they follow, but teachers are encouraged to contribute their own ideas and material. In this way, teachers have the freedom to develop lessons according to their unique teaching style and the individual needs of their students. Our staff room environment is collaborative and our teachers often look to each other for ideas and support.

Native speaker competence (C2)
Permission to work in the EU
Experience with Cambridge exams
International Child Protection Certificate

Valued:

Full-Time Gross salary: 1400 Euros/month
Full social security coverage with health insurance
Paid holidays (Easter, local and national bank holidays)
Assistance with settling in Cáceres if needed

Contract from 9 January 2023 to 15 June 2023, with option to renew for 2023-24 academic year
Monday to Thursday afternoon timetable with training sessions or staff meetings on some mornings.
