King's English for Kids (Qingdao) needs ESL teachers for an immediate start

Kings English for Kids was the first English Training school of its type to arrive in the beautiful, modern coastal city of Qingdao. In 2008 Qingdao hosted the Olympics and since then, its popularity with the foreign expat community has grown immensely. Most recently, Qingdao held the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) Summit with Prime Ministers and Presidents from all over the Asia coming to the city.

Teaching Goal: Develop child learning and thinking in English.

Mode of delivery: Interactive whiteboards + classic oral drilling with flashcards and course books. Chinese and Foreign teachers work together with small classes of up to 12 children.

Teaching methods: Let the children explore through active learning & TPR method and games in a relaxed atmosphere using imaginative language and subject knowledge in depth.

Our current offer: 
English Teacher needed for training schools in Shibei, Qingdao, Shandong Province, China.

Usually teaching for 16.5 hours per week. 
Up to 10 Office hours per week. 
Working 5 days a week including weekend, minimum 11 classes including 8 over the weekend.

The remuneration: 
Up to 19000 RMB per month (averaged over 1 year) breaks down as 
12k – 18k RMB per month dependent on experience and qualifications. 
5k – 7k RMB contract completion bonus. 
Up to 5k flight re-imbursement (payable after probation). 
Working visa provided. 
Paid overtime. 
Paid holidays. 
Requirements: 
(Due to new legislation for Z Visa processing) Native English speakers only. 
Ages 23-49 years preferred. 
Bachelor’s degree. 
TEFL/TESOL certificate or equivalent. 
Friendly and outgoing personality.

Experience preferred however we offer continuous product training where necessary.
