Academic Coordinator for EF Quito

We are looking for an academic coordinator to work in our language institute. The person will be in charge of 30+ native english teachers, he/she will be responsible for maintaining academic excellence through classroom observations and staff training, scheduling classes, running international exams, etc. Candidates should have a CELTA or DELTA and relevant experience.
