Instructors will join a multinational staff at this well-established university that is dedicated to excellence in teaching and committed to lifelong learning. Professors will teach their area of expertise within various faculties and be responsible for curriculum development, assessment of students and ensuring that students are provided with the necessary knowledge and skills in that subject area to succeed in their chosen field after graduation. Candidates will be highly adaptable and culturally aware. Enthusiastic and energetic candidates should have relevant teaching experience at the post-secondary/adults. Candidates with experience teaching and providing guidance and support to post-secondary students at the university level will also be preferred.
JOB DETAILS
Job Location: Sanad Bahrain
Start Date: August 2013
Subjects: Varies by position
Monthly Salary: $4,000 - $5,000 USD
Contract Duration: 1 year
Housing: Provided
Health Insurance: Covered (including Spouse + 2 dependents)
Airfare: Full - Family Round Trip Tickets (Economy Class) - Spouse + 2 dependents
Education Allowance: 100% coverage for 2 dependents at specific school
Furniture Allowance: Accommodations fully furnished
TEACHING JOB REQUIREMENTS
Required Level of Education: Masters Specific Major: English, Literature, Education Teaching Experience Required: Minimum 5 years of related teaching experience Certifications Required: TESL/TEFL Certificate (For ESL position) Preferred Certificates: Teaching Credential/License Teach Abroad in Bahrain
