THE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1- Plans, prepares and delivers lessons to a range of classes and age groups.

2- Adapts teaching methods and instructional materials to meet students' needs.

3- Prepares and sets tests, examination papers, and exercises.

4- Marks and provides appropriate feedback on oral and written work.

5- Establishes and enforces rules for behavior and procedures for maintaining order among students.

6- Encourages students to explore learning opportunities or persevere with challenging tasks to prepare them for later grades.
