ESL/TEFL/CELTA TEACHERS in Ecuador

MASTER KEY ENGLISH PROGRAM founded in 2011 is a medium-sized language company with over 5 years of experience teaching English language in Ecuador to students of all levels. The job we are offering is to teach English to children, teenagers or adults. Our methodology is based around communicative classes incorporating grammar points, depending on the needs of the students. The applicant will work a full time 45 hours split schedule (Monday to Saturday).
ESL/TEFL/CELTA TEACHERS having experience in TOEFL and IELTS Exams preparation (it´s not a most).Must have excellent English language skills. Ability to teach all ages students, and be willing to work as a team member.

The teacher´s work shall consist primarily of the following:

•ESL Instruction in any of the phases of the Institute´s programs that range from kids and adults.
•Out-of-classroom activities for/with students.
•Grading and evaluation of students.
•Attendance at teachers’ meetings and workshops.
•Other related activities.

•$700 Monthly starting salary then increases based on your tenure with the company. (paid on a monthly basis)

The teacher will be paid with the mentioned salary in this contract even if the Employee works less than 180 hours per month due to the lack of classes. Daily teaching schedules may vary throughout the English program of the teaching term. Payment will be given during the 5th day of each month.

During the term of this Agreement, the teacher will be required to work well and closely with the Academic Coordinator. The regular schedule is Monday to Friday on a split schedule from 8am to 10am and 3pm to 9pm, and on Saturdays from 8am to 12am. The Academic Coordinator will determine actual scheduled working hour’s changes. The teacher will not be required to work on Sundays or Public Holidays. The teacher is not allowed to obtain other jobs outside of MASTER KEY ENGLISH
