English Language Supervisor

English Language Center is looking to Hire the following :
English Language Supervisor

Tasks and Duties:
1- Monitoring & supervising the instructors’ performance inside and outside the class.
2- Following up on the instructors’ paperwork.
3- Coaching instructors on how to assess and evaluate the students.
4- Motivating Instructors and act like their adviser.
5- Achieving client satisfaction & meeting the re-enrollment target.
6- Develops Educational Planning Process document for the department.

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree of Arts, Education, linguistic (English Department )
ESL teaching qualification (TEFL, CELTA, IELTS, FELT)
Native/ Fluent English Language
Previous work experience in the same field (Education Centers) with the same title (Language Supervisor) - 2-4 years

Work place: Dokki/Nasr city
