Business English Teaching Position Saint Etienne, France

Job Summary

You will be teaching business clients a minimum of 20 hours per week (averaged over the year) either individually or in mini groups. The initial contract will be for 6 months with the possibility of it becoming permanent should business allow. We will be sure to let you know well in advance if this will be possible.

If you are a skilled and experienced ESL teacher and would like to work in an innovative English training company we would like to hear from you.
You will be teaching business clients a minimum of 20 hours per week (averaged over the year) either individually or in mini groups. Do understand, depending on client availability, that some weeks the load will be heavier while others will be lighter. Your working week is 28 hours so the time remaining will be used as preparation and travel time. The initial contract will be for 6 months with the possibility of it becoming permanent should business allow.

Qualifications

Teaching experience is essential. You must get along well with professionals and be willing to work hard to ensure that you can deliver high quality tailor made lessons. We are known for the quality of our teaching and the results we achieve. We are looking for positive and honest teachers. It is essential that you are implicated in the progress of your students and can adapt lessons to meet their specific needs.
You must have a valid working permit for France as well as a driving license to be considered. Please do not apply if you do not.

Salary and Benefits

Salary is 1450 euros before tax. Please note that this is a minimum guaranteed salary - there may be a possibility of doing extra hours depending on business. The cost of living locally is relatively low. Rent can begin from 300 euros per month in a flat share all included. Public transport 24 euros per month. Mobile phone around 10 euros per month. Etc. You will have 6 weeks of holidays during a full working year. Health insurance will be provided. Support will be provided to help you find accommodation on your arrival.
