ESL Jobs in Argentina Teach English in Argentina

Argentina is a good place for English language teachers to gain teaching experience, while enjoying interesting cultural and sightseeing activities. Argentina, officially the Argentine Republic, is a South American country, second in size in the continent to Brazil and eighth in the world. In recent years English is becoming much more a necessity than a luxury and there are many English teaching jobs to be found in the capital of Buenos Aires. There are dozens of English institutes scattered arounf the city, and placements are also possible in companies or as a private tutor. Also there may be oppurtunities for the ESL teachers to teach at private companies, with many large multinational companies having offices in the capital.

English teacher wages:
Teaching at one of the English institutions in Buenos Aires, wages vary but are usually in the range of 7-16 pesos an hour (around $3-5 USD). Alternatively if you are able to secure private tutoring classes, the pay is slightly higher at around 10-25 pesos per hour (around $4-8.50 USD).
